Andros
Andros Island is the largest island of the Bahamas and the fifth largest island in the West Indies with major islands being North Andros, Mangrove Cay, and South Andros. Andros is the least densely populated of all the Bahamas. Most of these people live in the three major towns on the island; Nicholls Town and Andros Town, and Congo Town. A type of fabric called Androsia is manufactured in Andros. The island is filled with natural beauty that includes the barrier reef which is the third largest in the world, sub-tropical forest area with orchids, hundreds of cays with different species of birds. It has a population of about 8000 and is known as "The Bonefishing Capital of the World" where anglers from around come here for a challenging gamefish.
